Contact Centre Customer Service Advisor


What should you expect as a Customer Services Advisor?

You will join a busy team of experienced Contact Center Staff and support customers with their enquiries by phone, email or live chat.

What do we expect?

We are looking for an enthusiastic person with a proven record of excellent customer service. You will be required to assist customers with product selection both online, over the telephone and in person at our parts counter and shows ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout is maintained. Dealing with customers in a timely, polite and professional manner and being highly organised with excellent communication skills. As a representative of the company, you will be responsible for maintaining our reputation for high-quality customer care at all times.

Skills & Experience Required

Previous experience in a contact centre environment is essential.
Able to offer an excellent attitude towards customers and customer service, being outwardly positive with first-rate written and verbal communication skills.
IT literate – we operate a retail mail-order computer system with a dedicated ticketing system for customer enquiries. 
Multi-channel communications – Ability to use phone, email, chat and social media platforms as required to communicate with customers.
Have a problem-solving approach with the ability to identify and rectify issues to the benefit of current and future customers - continuous improvement is our goal.
Willingness to learn and be hard working.
Automotive Parts experience or Western European language beneficial but not essential

Normal hours will be 42.5 hours over 5 days per week. Approx. 08:30 – 17:30.
20 days holiday + statutory bank holidays, staff discount, contributory pension plan

Contact Centre Sales Advisor


What should you expect as a Sales Advisor?

You will join a busy team of experienced Sales Advisors and support customers with parts selection and technical questions in person, by phone, email or live chat.

We have an international customer base, worldwide logistics and a reputation for service and quality to uphold. We provide a full parts service for Triumph, MG, Rover, Mini, Land Rover, Range Rover and Jaguar vehicles supported by vast stocks in our 100,000 sq. ft. warehouse. We aim to be the best! 
We will provide full training for the role and will aid and support you throughout your development. You will be fully supported with researched & printed Catalogues, Electronic Parts Catalogues, Historical Parts Manuals, Technical Publications and a wealth of departmental experience.

Accounts Assistant


What should you expect as an Accounts Assistant?

You will join a small but busy team of four experienced accounts staff, who provide support to the sales counter, telesales staff and customer services in order to provide an efficient service to our many retail and trade customers. As well as credit control, payroll, cash book and sales ledger support the person will also be involved in KPI reporting.
The hours are part-time and we envisage this would be between 18 to 20 hours per week spread over 3 or 4 days to suit the successful applicant. The role would ideally suit someone living in the Lincoln area.

What do we expect?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable person, possibly with an AAT or bookkeeping qualification or someone who is qualified by experience. You will be required to deal with staff and customers in a timely, polite and professional manner and be highly organised with good communication skills. On-the-job training will be given as we do not expect the applicant to be knowledgeable in all areas detailed below and we have a bespoke order management and accounting system.

Skills & Experience Required

Previous experience in a busy accounts office essential. Integrity, honesty and confidentiality are a prerequisite.  A more detailed job description is available on request.

Normal hours will be 18 - 20 hours per week over 3/4 days between 08:30 – 17:30 Mon - Fri.
